Okay, hold onto your chairs: chocolate mint ice cream on the bottom, a chocolate chip cookie in the middle, cookies n cream ice cream on top, all covered in melted chocolate. All vegan. 
Amazing stuff! The Man is amazing! Get this guy to make you a cake! Even the boy was trying to get some (and, of course, he didn't get any, but he tried hard).
